Hello Everyone,
I'm writing to invite all of you to my home this saturday for a "get together".
It's kinda important to me that as many of my peeps are there as possible so please tell anyone that does not read LJ anymore.
I will supply a large quantity of beer as to avoid you people from drinking that shitty cheap bottled rice water you call beer. It really does hurt to watch my loved ones drink that stuff.
I really would like to see everyone including people from out of town although im sure that will be unpossible.
Anyhow, if anyone has a portable grill of some sort and wants to bring it over we can do some bam broilin'. let me know.

Hello there all.
I've decided after a few days of using my softsynths and sequencers here at the hospital that I will in all likely hood be getting most of my studio setup moved from my apartment to my hospital room. Using just my computer has proven limited. Anyhow, what this means to my peeps is that I will have nothing but time and most of my studio power for YOUR REMIXES! Thats right! Anyone who wants something remixed send a cd of whatever the song is AND if at all possible maybe a few tracks of just raw studio tracks, ie just the bass line, just the kick drum pattern, just the ambiance...
Also, you can start sending me music to listen to anytime now. I've mostlty been listening to hip hop, dance and melodic/experimental electronic music, but I am willing to give anything a go that I've never heard before.
Speaking of music the new Spiritualized album is mostly beautiful. I reccomend giving it a listen.
Still waiting on that dvd porn (or naked photos of anyone i know.)

Hello all,
Last time I wrote here I was thinking of having a "party" of some sort. Now I am thinking of just having a private little bone marrow transplant in November.
In the mean time some people have been asking me about somethings I will need to pass the time during my induction chemo over the next two months. Here are some things that may help me:
Reading materials > ie. photography magazines, electronic music magazines, Fashion magazines. Any books, however i am very picky about fiction novels.
Music > burn me anything that you think is good that you don't think I have. I would really love if anyone reading this has a copy of the Luomo album "the present lover" I lost mine a couple weeks ago.
Software > any Mac music software that you can get for free illegally of course. Or leagally,who knows?
Porn > only in the form of dvd. anything else is just too risky!
Movies > anything really boring. I'm really in the market for a copy of the movie "They Shoot Horses Don't They" anyone who has a copy of that I would be thrilled to recive a viewing. It stars Jane Fonda (i think)?
Celebrity Guests > while I WILL accept bonified Celebrities what I really mean is anybody I dont see on the normal basis, ie Nick Whooly,LeBron James, George Tumbilakis, Andrew Glacier, siblings of friends and any other surprises. Bonus points will go out to anyone that can successfully get Shakspear the dog or Bernie the dawg into my room undetected.
I'm sure that I have forgoten some things so I will repost soon.

All,
I am thinking of having a house show with a small handful of bands. If this does take place it will be towards the end of August, likely the last Saturday of August. These are the bands I would be proud to have play in my home, Intelligent Knives, Houseguest (wake up bitches), Go and Go Maku, Genetically Yours and GoCavs. I may have accidentlly left some musical creationists off of this list. Hello to all,
I'm updating my journal to fill all my peeps in on a show that so far Ted Pitts, Dan Buch, Nathan Bowers and I will be putting together for late August or early September. We are trying to put together a show of as many bands from Ohio as possible (realistically we will likely only be able to have about 15 or 20 bands). We are currently in the process of searching for a location that would allow us to have an all day event. Anyone who would like to help PLEASE DO! Contact me or any of the peeps mentioned before. For those of you who are in bands and or have connections to bands that would like to play PLEASE CONTACT ME! Most importantly at this time however, is a venue. If you have any ideas what so ever on where such an event can be held for relatively cheap let me know.
We are really going to make a strong attempt to promote this event well and get as many people out to the show as possible. The people currently involved would seriously like to see this idea at least get off the ground.

Hello Everybody,
I was wondering if anyone would like to help put together a show of all the bands of our friends and such. Maybe sometime in late may or June or so. I'm really itching to do some of my stuff live and I think that if a show is planned it will give me motivation to get my shit in check and actually finish all the half programed files i have laying around my computer. Secondly I think there are some others of us who would like to perform music that they havent had a chance to perform. Even if its just a house show or something that would be cool, but I would love to see all of our music performed at one show.
Just reply if you think its a good idea. I want at least an idea of how may peeps wanna play.

I spent too much money today.
BUT! I finally got Antonelli Electr. "Love and Other Solutions"!!! IF YOU LIKE DANCING BUY THIS ALBUM!!! I MEAN IT!!!! STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING NOW AND GO BUY IT!!! I also recently read that Forced Exposure records somehow got their hands on original copies of the first Magic Hour album that is long out of print!!! Whats more is that the copies they have are the limited Special "Boxed Edition" designed by Naomi Yang of Magic Hour/Galaxy 500/Damon and Naomi fame. This is a never released original version of the album. What I wanna know is, if it was made then and is an original pressing why wasnt it released 11 years ago when the regular version came out. It matters not to me as long as my copy comes to me. Anyhow, if you like Galaxy 500 or Damon and Naomi I COMMAND YOU to go BUY THIS FUCKING ALBUM. After all no one is making any decent rock music today anyway.

It is winter, and following in the tradition of the past few winter i have a strange hankering to listen to the music of a past time in my life. This is where YOU come in...
...I would love to have a copy of either one (i think there are only two full lengths) of Jane's Addiction's albums, Faith No More "The Real Thing" or anything by them made before Mike Patton sang. That sums up 6th 7th and 8th grade.
...Now these next two are out of print and really hard to find but if any of you know where i can get a cheap copy of either of the following records let me know. I am willing to hug and kiss the person who can find me a cheap copy of Magic Hour "No Excess is Absurd" or any of Drop Nineteens full length albums.

Theo Cockroach von Huxtable Mallisohnn blowed up our toilet last night. It was fucking sweet as hell! There was water all over the place and shit. Some how the same water proof firecracker that couldnt penatrate a pop can shattered the entire side of o ur toilet bowl.
Oh, how did the Dave Rich show go anybody? Sorry i couldnt make it Dave, my car is shitty amongst other things.

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone wanted to write/record some songs this winter break. I dont care what "style" of music it is. I just know that its been too long since ive had a good creative musical experience. I would like to be in a "real" band but things have not worked out for me in that respect. In other words i dont care if anyone just wants to get together over break and get a really good recording done then never think about the songs ever again...

Here are the things I did today all between the hours of 6pm and 11pm...
...Went to the bent crayon in which I bought 4 new musical ideams including the new Kaito which I believe maybe my new current fave cd...
...paid good money to be bumped into over and over again at the Hope Conspiracy / Unearthed show...
...ate at Big Boi in streetsboro...
...came back to da' crib and jommed on said cds.
why isnt it 3am!?
